Code of conduct
- In all our business operations, we follow the Finnish law and applicable regulations. We also require this from our partners.
- We follow competition legislation and guidelines in all our business operations.
- We adhere to the principles of equality in all our business operations: all our employees are equal irrespective of their sex, age, ethnic background or nationality, native tongue, religious beliefs, opinions, disabilities, health, sexual orientation or other.
- We actively work to improve safety, occupational health and the well-being of our personnel.
- We make sure that our information is safe and secure.
- Suomen Hyötytuuli is not to make any donations in order to influence political decision-making. Neither do we pay any bribes nor make illegal payments to anyone in order to secure our business operations.
- Our employees are not to give or accept any gifts, travels, treats or services that exceed the bounds of hospitality.
- Marketing and sponsoring decisions must be transparent and based on the sustainability principles of the company. The aim of sponsoring is to enhance brand awareness, contribute to the positive image of Suomen Hyötytuuli and to increase the acceptance of wind power among general public.
- In addition to this, Suomen Hyötytuuli has a code of conduct intended for internal use in the company. It addresses, among other things, tendering and purchases, impartiality and religious and political affiliations.
