The transaction will ensure the continuity of Eranti Engineering&#8217;s significant work and expertise in the development of offshore wind power, especially in frozen sea areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suomen Hy\u00f6tytuuli has been involved in the development of offshore wind power for a long time and serves as a trailblazer for Finnish offshore wind power. In 2017, the company built the world&#8217;s first offshore wind farm with gravity-based foundations designed for operation in icy conditions in Tahkoluoto, Pori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For over 15 years, Suomen Hy\u00f6tytuuli has developed technological solutions for icy conditions in collaboration with Eranti Engineering Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the transaction, Esa Eranti will continue as Suomen Hy\u00f6tytuuli Oy\u2019s Senior Advisor in the company\u2019s offshore wind power business.
