Nikkarinkaarto wind farm
Nikkarinkaarto wind farm in Raahe was put into operation in summer 2016. The wind farm is located on the southern side of Raahe, at a distance of about 28 km from the town center.
The wind farm consists of ten Vestas Wind System’s 3.45 MW WTGs.
Nikkarinkaarto wind farm produces about 110,000 MWh of electricity per year, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 6,000 detached homes.
